Breathing in Action

Breathing is essential as we know, and we all could use a little more practice, but better practice. This, along with the abdomen, chest and sacral/cranial work to open our airway and our chest capacity, so many aspects of our health can improve!

I have been practicing several of these methods of breathing over the last couple of weeks and hit my highest HRV number yet at 58. Also, with focus LOL, can do 30 min on eliptical breathing in my nose and not panting!
