Another AHA Moment...
Spend some quiet time each day in meditation. Go to a quiet place and just be. Focus on your breathing. Notice thoughts as they appear in your mind - notice them and let them go. Go back to your breathing. Everything you need for a happy, wonderful life is already within you. The practice of daily meditation allows your best self to reveal itself.
