Ask yourself, do I "HAVE" anxiety or do I just have stress, like every other human on this planet! Anxiety is a feeling, an emotion. Stress, from any source, can make you feel anxious. Recognize the source if you can, and help your body and mind through it. There are many tools available to utilize from breathing, to exercise to supplements.
Yes to all those, but I begin with prayer!
