Monday Mindset

I think a lot of us want internal unity and coherence, but what we say we value may not be what we choose day to day in what we think, say and do. Values are good but they only reflect our desires. Virtues, on the other hand, reflect our decisions. Integrity is the critical bridge between eithics and action and the only thing that can take our desires and turn them into decisions.
